Payment Terms
All bookings are charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Your stay is not confirmed until this fee is received and paid. The remaining 50% is automatically charged to the card on file 7 days before checkin.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes to your booking must be communicated via email and approved by Anupaya Cabin Co. in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We are happy to offer a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee, providing cancellations are at least 15 DAYS prior to your scheduled arrival.
If a cancellation is not made in accordance with our policy, you will be charged in full for your original booking.
Please take note that refunds will not under any circumstances be issued due to inclement weather, environmental conditions of any kind or for any other reason whatsoever post check-in.
Noise and Quiet Time
We’re so happy for you to gather and enjoy the company of friends and family, but please ensure your enjoyment doesn’t encroach upon the satisfaction and experience of others. This is a place of rest and renewal for ALL our guests and noise complaints and disruptions will be addressed and dealt with promptly. NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE CABINS and designated quiet time is between 10pm-7am.
Please note: we understand that some people are on vacation to endulge in some glorious debachery with friends and family. We FULLY SUPPORT that choice, but Anupaya is simply not the place for it. There are so few places left where folks can come to enjoy silence and stillness and quiet time outdoors and thats the kind of experience we are trying to create here.
Guests & Visitors
The number of guests present (adults and children) during your stay must not exceed the maximum number allowable indicated on your booking. ALL guests must be registered prior to arrival. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone. Permission must be requested and approved for all day visitors and all visitors, regardless of the duration of the visit, must register with Anupaya Cabin Co. either before or immediately upon arrival. All guest visitation is at the sole discretion of Anupaya Cabin Co. so please chat with us ahead of time and before inviting friends and family to visit. Note that for longer visits, a day-use fees may apply. As our cabins are on private well and septic systems, use of facilities must be strictly monitored and regulated. All guests and visitors must comply with our rules, regulations and policies regarding use of facilities and noise limits.
Check In and Check Out
Daily check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am. There is a 30 minute grace period, but after 11:30 am, there will be a $50 fee associated with late checkout, as we need that time to thoroughly clean and prepare each cabin.
We have an $50 Early Check In Option for 2pm and $50 Late Check Out Option for 1pm, please just reach out to info@anupaya.ca to arrange it.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Anupaya Cabin Co. in a few of our beachfront cabins. Pets MUST be indicated on the original booking and guests will be charged a pet fee of $25 per night to a maximum of 2 pets per designated cabin. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY FURNITURE or in common seating or dining areas and must be leashed at all times when outside the cabin. Owners are responsible at all times for cleanup, care and safety of their animals. Pets are not allowed off-leash on our private beach however there is a beautiful section of public access beach next to Anupaya Cabin Co. that guests and their pets may use at their own discretion and in accordance with any local ordinances and bylaws. If you have a pooch joining you on your visit we will be more than happy to direct you to a variety of trails and wooded areas near the property where you can exercise your pets to their heart’s content. Note that we at Anupaya Cabin Co. are pet owners and lovers and understand that our pets are more than just animals but the safety and enjoyment of ALL our guests is paramount. If your pet proves to be a nuisance to others at the resort the responsibility will fall to the pet owner to correct the problem immediately and/or remove the pet from the premises notwithstanding our other policies.
Smoking
Anupaya Cabin Co. is a smoke-free zone. Full stop. Guests who wish to smoke may do so off-premises in a designated smoking area. Without exception, ANY smoking indoors will result in a damage deposit fee of $500.
Children and Families
Never leave children unsupervised or unattended. Guests are wholly responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. As the beach is unsupervised guests assume all risks associated with its use. Anupaya Cabin Co. will not be held liable for any injury or harm including death due to guest negligence or accident.
Cleaning
Each cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival. We do not impose a cleaning fee on our guests, so we kindly ask folks to tidy their cabin prior to their departure, including the washing (and putting away) of all dishes and kitchen wares. We also ask that upon departure, guests remove all garbage, recycling and compost from the cabin and dispose in the appropriate bins outside. In other words, we ask that you please leave the cabin in the condition you found it.
Damages
The client agrees to any additional fees resulting from damages up to $500 to be charged to the corresponding credit card from the initial booking. All bookings are subject to an authorized damage fee of up to $500, applied as needed for all cabin rentals within 48 hours after checkout if any damages are assessed. Penalties are fairly assessed at the sole discretion of Anupaya Cabin Co.
Inclusivity + Anti Harassment
Anupaya Cabin Co is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals, including customers and employees, feel respected and safe. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against harassment in any form, whether it originates from other customers or employees, encompassing unwelcome comments, gestures, physical contact, or behavior based on factors such as race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Any incidents of harassment should be reported immediately to a manager and will be handled swiftly, with confidentiality and sensitivity. Our goal is to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and mutual respect, celebrating diversity and ensuring a positive experience for all within our community.

Please note that guests of Anupaya Cabin Co. take full responsibility for their own safety, security and health as well as that of any visitors or dependants who may accompany them, whether for overnight accommodation or day use. Anupaya Inc. shall not be held liable for any accident, injury or medical mishap nor for any direct or indirect damages or harm caused or sustained as a consequence of use. This includes but may not be limited to damages, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, and misconduct.
