Rooted in Stillness, Designed for Connection

About Anupaya Cabin Co. — A Nature Retreat for Rest & Renewal

Anupaya Cabin Co. is a low-impact beachfront resort offering thoughtfully designed cabins for personal getaways, company retreats, and intimate weddings. Located in Deep River, Ontario — just a few hours from Ottawa and Algonquin Park — Anupaya invites you to slow down, settle in, and find rest in the rhythm of nature.

Our philosophy is rooted in the healing power of nature and the belief that slowing down helps us remember what really matters, and we are proud to be a space of diversity, inclusivity, and belonging. All are welcome here — regardless of race, gender, or orientation.

“You have one life. It’s complex and beautiful and yours. Let it be real and inconvenient and magnificent. Let it be disastrous and real and stunning. Remember, this is your life, your path, the pathless path.”

Close Enough for a Weekend, Far Enough to Exhale

Our Location: A Quiet Escape Near Ottawa & Algonquin Park

Anupaya Cabin Co. is tucked along a pristine stretch of private beach in Deep River, Ontario — just over two hours from Ottawa and near the edge of Algonquin Park. With 1,200 feet of white sand and sweeping views of the Laurentian Hills, it’s a place where nature leads and time loosens.

We respectfully acknowledge that Anupaya is located on the traditional, unceded territory of the Anishinabewaki and Omamiwininiwag Peoples.

"Choose to truly, finally, fully belong to yourself because this life is fleeting. It is brief and luminous and fading, and radiance abounds."

Slow Travel, Deeper Rest

Why Choose Anupaya

At Anupaya, we believe travel isn’t always about doing more — it’s about doing less, more intentionally.

We created this space for those craving stillness. For the ones tired of always rushing, always scrolling, always chasing. Our cabins don’t come with distractions — they come with silence, shoreline, and space.

Slower travel is about presence over pressure. It’s finding beauty in the unplanned, magic in the mundane, and meaning in the moments that aren’t measured by output.

Here, time softens. You can sleep in, stretch long, watch the light shift — and still feel like you’ve truly arrived.
