Work With Us at Anupaya

Days by the river. Work that feels good. A summer you won’t forget.

Anupaya Cabin Co

Summer Team. Cleaning and Guest Experience.

Work hard. Swim after. Repeat.

We’re hiring two full-time team members to help care for our cabins this summer.

This is one of those jobs that’s equal parts beautiful and demanding.

You’ll spend your days outside by the river, with a great crew - resetting gorgeous cabins, working up a sweat and then jumping in the river when the jobs done.

It’s a really, really good summer. But - we’ll be honest - this is not an easy job.

A cozy nightstand scene with a warm white paper lantern on top of two stacked books, a small white vase with dried wildflowers, and behind it a beige sofa and a neutral wall with a window covered by a brown woven shade.
A woman in a white dress and wide-brimmed hat sitting on a dock by a lake, looking at the water.
A wooden table with two black cups, a black teapot, a lit yellow candle, and a white card with black text that says 'Settle into Nature's Pace' and 'Anuraya'.

The Reality

This is physical, fast paced work. On big turnover days - we’re cruising all day. Cleaning, hauling, resetting cabins to a VERY high standard.

We care deeply about the experience here. Our cabins need to feel calm, spotless and intentional every single time. So if you tend to cut corners, move slowly or don’t notice details - this won’t be a good fit.

But if you like moving and grooving and working hard. If you take pride in doing things really well - you’ll thrive here. And we have a blast. Seriously.

Why People Love Working Here

You’re outside, by the river, all damn day.

You’re part of a genuinely great, supportive, fun loving team.

You’ll have access to the beach, paddle boards, kayaks and all the fresh veggies in the garden.

The work is satisfying - whether it’s a stunning cabin set up or a newly weeded garden - you can see what you’ve accomplished and it feels good.

It’s a fun, positive, healthy environment. No drama, no gossip, no weird energy.

We LOVE our summer staff and everyone who works here leaves saying it was one of their favourite summers.
