How many people can stay onsite?
Our 12 cabins sleep a maximum of 56 overnight guests for weddings.
How many guests can we invite to the wedding?
We happily host weddings of all sizes — from intimate celebrations of 20 guests to larger gatherings of up to 125.
Can guests book and pay for their cabins directly?
Yes. Many couples choose to have guests book their own cabins, which reduces the couple's total wedding investment by $10,500.
What time does property access begin and end?
Friday at 2 PM – Sunday at 11 AM. During this time, the entire resort is yours — private and exclusive.
Do you provide catering?
We don't offer in-house catering, but we work with many incredible local caterers who know our space beautifully.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Because of the full-property turnover needed between weekends, we're not able to offer early arrivals or late departures. The wedding couple does receive a Quiet Hour on Sunday morning.
Do you offer weekday weddings?
Yes — full weddings Monday to Thursday at a $3,000 reduced rate, with the exact same experience and amenities.
Is a wedding coordinator included?
Yes — your dedicated Anupaya Wedding Coordinator supports you from booking through day-of, including setup and teardown oversight.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for up to 50 vehicles. For weddings with over 100 guests, we recommend carpooling or shuttles.
Can guests stay offsite and still join the wedding?
Yes — many guests stay in nearby hotels, motels and Airbnbs. All 125 guests are welcome for the celebration; overnight stays are limited to 56.
What is the plan for rain?
Weddings of 60 guests or fewer can move the reception into our cozy lodge. Weddings over 60 guests require a professionally installed tent, arranged with one of our recommended vendors.
What is required to secure our date?
A $10,000 non-refundable deposit, a signed contract, and two remaining instalments due 6 and 3 months before your wedding.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 6 months out: only the deposit is forfeited. 6–3 months out: 50% of the total investment. Within 3 months: the full balance is due and non-refundable.
Can we visit the property before booking?
Absolutely — we love when couples come to walk the beach, wander the gardens and see the cabins in person. Just reach out.
