What’s Included

Wild Foraging + Garden Tour

We’ll begin with a wild foraging walk with local beekeeper and wild food forager, Tauney Stinson, searching for edible flora and fauna that will be infused into the evening's meal.

Making our your way back dockside for a herbal infused cocktail and appetizers, we’ll then tour the gardens (sampling encouraged!) and learn about the regenerative, permaculture practices we use at Anupaya.

Farm-To-Table Dinner

We’ll then settle in for an EPIC farm to table feast, created by renowned chef Justin Champagne from award winning Perch Restaurant. Working with local and ethically sourced foods from small regenerative farms, dinner is paired with delicious Ontario wines, local micro brews and delicious and creative cocktails and mocktails.

Sunset Beachside Fire

Finish the evening off beachside, while enjoying handcrafted desserts and sipping campfire chai and spicy cider, as we watch the sun set over the beautiful river.

We respectfully acknowledge the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishinabewaki and Omamiwininiwag People, whose land we live and work on.

The Homestead

Our permaculture farm is dedicated to regenerative agriculture, growing food in harmony with Nature, and creating a place of peace and tranquillity for those who visit. We are committed to not only improving the health and vitality of our land but our community and the environment in which we inhabit.

Guests are welcome and encouraged to explore our grounds, sample our gardens and visit our beloved Nigerian Dwarf goats and our beloved Barred Rock chickens.

We rely on permaculture methods such as composting, mulching, rainwater collection, drip irrigation and no-till farming practices. Our goal is to continue learning and growing every year – improving soil fertility, food security, and creating an edible food forest for generations to come.
