Yes! Summer in Canada isn’t the same without them. There is a designated fire pit on the beach directly in front of each cabin. All outdoor burning must respect local fire regulations and any local fire ban restrictions at the time of your stay. A large bundle of firewood is provided with each cabin rental and additional bags of wood can be purchased from the resort.

Pets are welcome at Anupaya Cabin Co. in most of our cabins. Pets MUST be indicated on the original booking and guests will be charged a pet fee of $25 per night to a maximum of 2 pets per designated cabin. We require that pets stay off the furniture and be leashed and under control at all times when outside the cabin. Note that pets are NOT to be left unattended in our cabins or anywhere else on the resort property. We at Anupaya Cabin Co. are pet owners and animal lovers, but the safety and enjoyment of ALL our guests are absolutely paramount.

Our cabins are family-friendly but not family-focused. This retreat space is designed to inspire slower living, deeper breaths and to facilitate a more meaningful connection to nature - but that doesn’t exclude any age group. If you are looking for a quieter, slower pace for your family vacation, we’d love to accommodate your little sweethearts and encourage everyone to get outdoors and immerse themselves in our wild spaces.

Yes! We have canoes, life jackets and paddles available at no additional cost for the duration of your stay! Please note that paddling is not without risk and all guests who choose to venture out on the water and make use of our equipment do so at their own risk. Unfortunately, we do not offer paddling instruction and require that anyone paddling our boats sign a waiver and attest to having adequate knowledge of safe paddling protocol and technique. For those who do, there are some incredible spots to explore right off the beach so please feel free to ask for suggestions!
